My dog hurt her paw. I took her to Cartwright and he instantly knew what was wrong. She had snagged one of her dewclaws. (Similar to pulling a fingernail loose.) He took the time to explained to me what had happened, exactly how it was attached, and how it would heal, but he didn't try to up sell me anything I didn't need. He trimmed it back for her, so that as she healed, it would bother her less. That simple fix has worked wonderfully, and she is doing well. His assistant and he seem to really care about animals and doing what is right for them. Thanks!
Dr. Cartwright is the knowledgeable and charges a fair price he saved my cat Jack's life almost two years ago and my family and I have been going to him for many years. Zoe is also very helpful and always ask about Jack, it is the kind of place where it seems ok to talk about how much you love your pet and they listen!
This vet is COLD and very uncaring along with his TERRIBLE office staff. There are probably so TERRIBLE because they have to work for a jerk!The only reason my family used this vet in the past is because it was close to where they live. I can't tell you the heartbreak this person has caused and will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. This guy needs to go out of business, thats what he deserves! I wouldn't even send my worst ememy's pet there. If you care at all about your pet, PLEASE don't go to this hell hole.
