Love, love, love this vet! Our dog was attacked by another dog Christmas Eve, we called every local vets emergency numbers, Cambridge Animal Clinic returned our frantic call and Max was seen within an hour. Max was stitched up and on his way home a short time later. I would highly recommend anoyone that wants the best possible care for their fur baby to go see these ladies.
I would give ten if I could. Was in from out of state and my sweet little dog got sick. When I called they worked me in on July 5th. Day after holiday so they where super busy. Was so very grateful that they did. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Can't thank them enough for seeing my sweet baby. Will use them again...
I picked her up with her leash wrapped around her neck instead of hooked to her collar like it should have been. Got her home and noticed a nasty smell. She had dried up poop under her back legs, and her paws where drenched in pee! She ate an entire bowel of food (that usually lasts her an entire day) within 5 minutes. I was PISSED!!! I called and they told me, well, she tried to bite me when I put her leash on her and I didn't realize she had dried poop and pee on her. Then she said, she had bit her, and she had bitten several people while she was there. REALLY????? I have NEVER so much as heard my baby girl growl!!!! This is completely unacceptable!!! Who the hell lets a pup be soaked in pee and poop!! I question whether they even fed my girl!!!

I've taken my little girl here for boarding, vaccinations and to have her spayed. Until now, I thought they was good with her. She's a 7lb, 1 yr old sweetheart. They had her 4 days. (Was supposed to be a week, thank god I picked her up sooner!) When I dropped her off, they assured me she would be well taken care of!!
I am totally against this place!! My baby girl will NEVER go back there!!
I got three of my dogs nails done here, two of them went back fine but my puggle went back there and was crying like he had been beatened I hurried to the counter demanding what was going on back there. They brushed it off and said my dog wouldn't stay still. My dog always stays still when getting his nails done. When I got him back his was limping on his back left leg, and his front nails were clipped so short. They had to have been spanking him for being in pain from his nails on his front paws. I will never take my dogs here again for nail clipping. Dirty dogs is cheaper and friendlier than the nurses here.
