Shameful. This school values money before morals. Auctioning of off a puppy. Shame on you.

I attended 1st and 2nd grade at St. Benedicts. I also made my First Communion at St. Benedict's. While there in 1st grade the Nun's were still In full Habits, only their faces and hands where visable! I remember asking my first grade teacher [also my second grade teacher] if she had any hair! She smiled and laughed a little and responed yes now let's get back to what we were learning; I blushed and ran and hid in the cloak room in the back of the class room[the first rm on the left as you climb up the front stairs]. I thought she was very pretty. When 2nd grade started she had grown hair, much to my surprise and amazement! She still could write on the chalck board and bean someone sitting in the back row and get back to the board before the kid knew where or how the erasure had come from! LOL........

What a wonderful school our community has. Great caring staff and a loving environment geared towards a quality Christ-centered education.

I was born in Cambridge in 1958. I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers; I was the forth of six.

St. Benidicts holds some of my earliest memories! When I was little I still remeber my dad trying to find a parking space in the little lot outside of church. When entering the church how the choir loft always squecked, and how beautiful the stained glass window's where. I also remember the main alter with the hugh old alter in the very front { I also remember when the "new" alter was added, to comply with Vatican II changes}. The enormous Crucifix to the left facinated me as a child and still stays vividly in my mind; I bet I could draw it from memory! St. Benidicts was/is a beautiful church especially at Christmas! We would attend midnight mass and I looked forward to seeing the side alters dressed with tress and lights!

Thank

Hi,

Sister Rose-Angela

I love our school. I wouldn't want my child to be anywhere else. Great family environment. But also learning right from wrong, Morals, values and how to treat people. These lessons are very valuable for everyone.
