Stopped here for the night during a long road trip. This was the perfect place! The whole facility was clean, the staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were modern and clean. The beds... oh boy are they comfortable! My only gripe was our room was at the end of the hall, near the door to outside and the stairs, the sound of doors slamming was pretty loud and woke me up a few times. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and was pleasantly surprised by the bargain prices.
Rooms and accommodations are impressive considering the price. Very clean and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Allowed early check in, and provided free Advil and water when asked if we could purchase it. Wifi signal was a little weak, so may cause an issue for those traveling for business, but was not an issue for us.
They were easily able to adjust our reservation to make us in a handicapped room, which was very nice. It was only a small fee, and they accommodated the request without any problem. The free breakfast is filling, the hotel very nicely decorated and clean and organized. If you're staying here, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and fast food, but very little delivery.
Would have gave it five stars but... in two different places in the room there are notes stating; " Forget something..." it goes on to list toiletries they have at the front desk for free in case you need them. Well I needed toothpaste and a toothbrush at 10 pm. Front desk replied, 'there's a Kmart down the street...'
This hotel is very nice! The rooms are just big enough, but they are very upscale. Nice lighting, fantastic staff, good breakfast bar, quiet, and a nice view. I made my reservations on the wrong date and showed up with no room for it showed I already stayed even though I had not. The manager at the time made a quick call and came back to tell me that they would give me a room without any sort of issue. They were very helpful and I will definitely be staying there again!
